200IU or 175IU how do you decide which to do?

I have been planning on doing 200IU per injection, now I am feeling unsure. I read posts where people started out with 200 then ended up going down in the dose and lost more weight. How do you decide? Is it based on your starting weight? I am 5'6" and weigh 175lbs. (which I do not carry well) I want to end up 135-140lbs. I know that you lose inches and the body changes so this number may also change, its just that I recall feeling comfortable in this weight range. I purchased 3 amps of 5000IU, I would looooove to take the weight off in one long round however, I think its more realistic to add a short round just to make sure. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to send them my way red flower

Hi MF.........You are right to be a little confused about what to start at. There are so many of us and everyone doing something a little different from the other.

My first round I did 175 iu, I had a Good first round. My second round I started at 200 iu, did not lose so good, so I lowered my dose to 187 for about the last 10 days and did better. This round I started at 187 and .... after reading alot of posts,......for this last week I dropped even further down to 167 iu. I think I will stay here. Not only will my hCG last longer, but I really do feel good. I am not as hungry as I was when taking 200 and I actually feel and sleep better at this lower dose.

All you can do is pick a number to mix, watch carefully how you feel and how good your releases are and go from there.

Hi MF! I would suggest beginning with about 150 and go up if you need to. But I would also suggest mixing for 200 IUs with an injection of 0.2cc using an insulin syringe. The syringes are marked in units: 20 units = 0.2cc. To draw a dose of 150, draw 15 units. If you want to go up a bit, draw 17.5 units for 175 IUs. If you want to go up even more, draw 20 units for 200 Ius.

Mix 5cc bac water with your 5000 ampoule and you are set to go!

The symptoms of too much or too little hcg are the same: hunger and/or slow weight loss. So, be watchful and be ready to adjust if necessary winking

Im so happy I asked! I would have never thought about starting at 150IU or even below 175IU. This is very helpful. Btw, I measured my height last night and I am actually 5'5"! All these years my driver's license has been false lol!

I'm not sure if the inch would make a difference on the 150IU? And Gramma S- your picture looks wonderful, I looked at some of your starting photos and oh my goodness! You have come a long way and I have to say you appear much happier bravo
