30 Days??

I actually have two questions.

1: Can you do a 30 day round or does it have to be the full 42?

2: And, if you do go over the 21 days does your phase 3 need to be longer or still 3 weeks?

You can absolutely do the 30 days ~ you can actually go for as long as you like! way to go

If you're not doing a super-long round, I think 3 weeks for your first phase 3 is fine ~
