| Hi. I am only one hour new on this website. I ordered my HCG. I am starting in the morning and now that it is here....I think I am afraid to inject. I am just wondering if this is normal and will my fears subside? Will I find it easier after I do it? [b] |

| Yes, this is normal, your fears will subside once you get going...It's really a piece of cake! Don't let your "mind" psyche you out! _________________

| I pinch the skin and then put it in with medium force. Not a hard jab but you'll see once you've done it once or twice, it's nothing! I was scared too and starting thinking of not doing it but once I did it, I couldn't believe I was so scared! |

| I prefer to just poke quickly. Some prefer quick, others prefer to rest the needle on the skin and push through. You will find your comfort zone!
When I was helping others, I would poke quickly (like a dart). _________________
