What is a short round? 21 injections, or 21 VLC Days?

Due to mensus and taking a few days off injections for that, my question is this: "
what exactly is the minimum round?"

Is it 21 days of injections (which would included gorge days since we inject on those 2 days),
or is it 21 VLC days, since during TOM we will continue the VLCD, but not injections ... ?

OK, so if the minimum is 23 injections, and I am trying to hit a deadline to be done with P2 (due to vacation), would it be better for me to inject through mensus, and not skip any days in order to get my 23 inj in before vacation, or to only have 21 injections and skip a couple of days for mensus?

Hmmmm, good question. Apparently, it is the actual 23 days of rest that the hcg allows the hypoT that does the trick. Even when you take a couple of days off during mensus, there is still hcg inyour system, but I wouldn't skip a third day (That is the 72 hours after last injection and hcg is gone). So, if you do take those 2 days, your hypoT is still getting it's vacation during those days. Do you have another round to do after this one? If so, that will be your safety net, "just in case." But I think you should be fine either way you decide to do it.
