| | Hi all. I did very poorly with r2p2 and after almost 6 weeks on phase 3 am giving another stab. I did a good 2 gorge days and the first 2 vlcd days i lost 7 pounds with no hunger. The last 2 days i have been really hungry and over eating a bit. I do not want a repeat of r2p2 so i am reading others posts and may try 125mcg dose. I am currently at 175mcg. any thoughts. thanks vickie |

| Vickie, try dropping it down to 150, it'll take about 3 to 4 days before you'll notice any difference. See if that helps at all. Hope so!  |
