| | Hi Renee, I was deathly afraid too but you really don't need to be, they are so easy after the 1st one! I think what you are referring to though is sub-linqual, which is what a few people have tried. "Sub-linqual" means under the tongue and you mix up the hcg with alcohol (like vodka or something like that; not rubbing alcohol) and then take it and hold it under the tongue and then swallow it. Holding it under the tongue supposedly gets it into the system faster. The problem that I see with sub-lingual is you must use much more of the hcg than you would with injections and I think you have to do it twice a day instead of once in the morning. If you want more info you can send a PM to Ewe-who and she can give you details from her experience with it. |

| Yeah, the injections are just nothing once the first one is done. If you decide to go for injections, you can use little insulin syringes and do subQ (under the skin) with a tiny little bit of volume. Have a friend help you with the first one, just to get over it I do all of mine in my belly fat and some do it in the front of their thighs. They just don't hurt at all! AMAZING!!!
Regina/EweWho is our resident "know-all" for sublingual hcg. You still purchase your real hcg from the same sources (internet/overseas) and mix according to the recipe posted: Phase 2 Summary :: Sublingual hcg Recipe. But Regina can help you with any questions you may have. _________________

I second that! I was SO stressed about the injection (even with the teeny insulin syringe I had) that I actually started laughing out loud once I poked it in. I pinched my skin on my thigh, put it in quick like a dart then started to laugh... I didn't feel a thing! I thought... what the heck was I worrying for?! I'd actually prefer doing the shots for subsequent rounds as well, because it saves me time... plus I probably won't remember to do it if I have to take two dosages a day.
Whatever you decide on, it will be great! _________________ -Michelle
