| I have 13 more days till i can start phase 2 again. I'm due for my period within those 13 days...do you think I could start phase 2 tomorrow? I wonder if it would hurt anything. I just want to start losing again (I miss being a loser!lol). My friend peggy is starting her 1st phase 2 tomorrow and it would be great to be on the same page also. let me know what you guys think :)

| I will probably start P2 early, but...I am going to wait until AFTER the CURSE...We slow down so much during that time and our greatest loss is right at the beginning. So...I don't know...:flower:

| See my period will end Oct 7th which the 7th or the 8th I was originally suppose to start phase 2. So you think I'm better off waiting?

| Well...it's a personal decision, but I do know that the very best time to start P2 is right after your period has ended. You know your body better than anyone, so do what you feel like will give you maximum results. :garfield:

| I ended up not starting early. I know that I gain so much water weight the week before my period and that week of my period. When i did my 1st round of phase 2 i didnt lose pr lose much for 2 weeks. So i'll wait it out till oct 7th. I can't wait to be a loser again! :flower 2:
