VLCD for 3 days or 72 hours?

I appreciate that you all have so much information on this protocol. I have a question.

If my last injection was today (20th injection, I was going to do 23, but I haven't felt well since Tuesday and need to finish) when does Phase 3 start? When I went to the clinic for R1P2, they said you needed to be on VLCD for three days of no injections. Which means I would starts Phase 3 on Monday.

I've read some of the posts that say it is 72 hours after your last injection which would be Sunday morning.

Can anyone tell me which is correct?

You should be on VLCD without injection for 3 extra days after your last injection.

So,

7/17 - last injection
7/18 - vlcd #1
7/19 - vlcd #2
7/20 - vlcd #3
7/21 - Phase 3 starts

There are some that say that it is 72 hours after the last injection and it might work for them, but it is not how it is stated and that would only be a 25 day protocol.

The protocol states to do 23 days of injection and no less than 26 days on the protocol. So the beginning of the 27th day would begin Phase 3.

Both are correct. Dr. S specifically states at the end of P&I that it is 72 hours from last injection. He counts the day of last injection as the first of those 3 VLCD days. So if last injection was Thursday, p3 begins Sunday morning!!!

Keep your focus, watch for signals from you appetite. Some of us don't get rid of the hcg as quickly and the appetite doesn't return for a couple more days. Just ease into your new menu and ENJOY all those flavors! way to go
