help please!

Ok i kind of screwed up on phase 2 my second time around. I forgot the injections through my gorge days and did a halp a--ed gorge day with the injections and went on to the vlcd from there. I am losing weight but i am sooo hungry. this didn;t happen the first time. One of my friends said that they thought maybe i didn't have as big a fat reserve as before or somehting. I really need some help because last night i caved and kind of pigged out. I can't do this and i want this to work. I thought i might tweak the dose but how do i do this and do i go up or down? anyone have any suggestions!! i'm desperate thanks vickie

maybe i started phase 2 again too soon. I think it was a little under 6 weeks on phase 3? id on't know

Vickie, Sorry you are still having such a bad time with hunger. All is not lost here! Don't worry that you began a little early. Many of us are doing that and lose fine. I think your problem is simply that your beginning was a little out of whack.

At this point, I would advise that you just stop, right where you are. Keep that hcg in the frig as you will need it again in a few days. Let all the hcg drain away from your system for 3 days, and take a nice break for the rest of the week, longer if you want. Don't go overboard eating, but don't let yourself be hungry either (nibble all day long on good proteins and have some good protein meals with your veggies). Just step back for a few days and "regroup" After a week or so, begin again. INJECTIONS AND GORGE WELL. Don't worry about the scales moving up as you will take it right back off.

I would suggest that you just do a huge cheat day, but I did that on Thanksgiving with no break from injections, and I STARVED for the next 3 days!!!! You are already doing that! affraid

Vicki... up the dosage a bit... maybe 10/20 iu's. ANd hey... you know... if you can live for a couple of days... you won't have to blow the whole Phase. But I bet it'll work sooner.

The problem with that is if you take more hcg than your body needs it will cause hunger. If you are dosing the same as last time and know that it is a good level for you, upping it may not be the answer.
