| I just started R1P2 yesterday and I'm wondering how quickly I will be able to tell if my dosage is wrong. I am injecting 200 iu's in the mornings. Any body know what I should look for and how long it will take before I notice that I'm taking the wrong dosage?

| If you're losing and you don't deal with any hunger (after a couple of days)...then you have the right dose!  Let us know
