I was just wondering, since I only figured this out 3 days ago and it completely changed the course of my weightloss, how many iu’s of HCG is everyone else taking?

For my first round and the first 10 injections of this one, I was doing 250 (that’s what GHI tells you to take). I felt sick most of the time and lots of tummy grumbling plus lots of plateaus. Only lost 18 lbs too.

Now, after switching to 200iu’s, I feel so amazing, the euphoria, no hunger AT ALL and the weight is coming off much easier too.

Happy2b, you lost 18 lbs in only 10 injections? I don't see a problem there :scratch:

Sorry that wasn't more clear.

I lost 18 lbs the first round of P2, 35 injections.

I am now on my second round of P2 and on injection #13 today with a total weight loss of 9.5 lbs from start weight.

It sounds like the first time you averaged about half a pound a day? And now you're very close to a pound a day... you're doing great. :clap: Are you injecting subcutaneously like GHI recommends or are you doing IM? The reason I'm so curious is I'm getting ready to start round 2 on Saturday (yay cheering

) but I also got mine from GHI and from all of the other posts I've been seeing about the hcg losing potency, etc.; I just want to get the best results that I can. See 'ya :welcome 2:

I never had it lose potency.

I inject in my upper glute muscle. IM I guess.

Simeons said not to do it in your fat.

I have ordered through GHI. I start tomorrow (lost my instructions, so wish me luck) ... anyway, they say to inject .25cc (ml) (250 units) in the belly fat (sub Q).
I can only assume since they are endorsed by KT that all will be well??????

Also, once you mix 10000u VI, it is supposed to last 40 days (dosages) stored in fridge ???
Anyone else had any luck with GHI? Did you follow instructions exactly?
Should I be worried???????????????????????

Why does GHI say inject into Sub-Q belly fat, and others say glute is better???

I am just starting my 2nd round in phase 2 and my first and this round are both from GHI. I followed their instructions as far as mixing and injecting. I have had no problems with loss of potency or anything else. I inject into the belly fat (subcutaneous) and it has worked great in the past. I lost 32 pounds last round. I am not sure if this helps but I have been on P2 for 3 weeks and have been doing 200IU. I use my leg, quad and side of the upper leg, for an injection point because I know there is a lot of muscle there and will hit something. I haven't had any problems yet. Good luck and best wishes! :lol:

Remember KT says no more than 200Iu's and Simeons says more is not better! We always tend to think more is better (food is an example we know isn't true).
I only used 150IU's and lost 30lbs. in my 1st Phase 2 and I'm down a total of 45.6.
When I started my second time I raised the Hcg to
175Iu's but had a bad headache for the 3days I did
this and then backed it down to the 150IU's and have felt fine since.

The more that goes into your system the sooner immunity could set in...........use caution!

BUT... Simeons isn't still alive and dispensing the stuff. That being said... I have followed the instructions from GHI Medical.. they say .25cc/250iu; and that's what I use.

I'm assuming (oops!) that the issue is in regard to the 'mixer'! Pharm. Sol. sent the one with the preservative, and I guess that adds a little more liquid to the mix.

Bev.. ever hear the old term: Follow Manufacturer's Directions? (IF, however, I get another headache tonight.. I'll be dropping the dosage!)

No Sim. is not alive, however, hcg is hcg. I would not want to change anything. I realize there are some thing such as back then we did not have all the additives in our foods, or growth hormones added to our meats. I know he states in the original how many people want to just "tweek" the diet slightly. He has done YEARS of research to make this work. He knew all the ins and outs that have a negative effect on it also. Example: mushrooms really messed with the loss. People had thought as long as they did the same amount of calories they could maybe just substitute a different veggie. This man did extensive research, years of fine tuning and I would not have the knowledge he had in his little finger. That being said you know the reasons why I believe you should use the amount of what S says over what GHI says.

I had purchased from Native Healing Ways. I read what they put for the diet and directions, however, after reading what they had I saw it was contradictory to what Simeons wrote so I choose to follow his. Many so called hcg clinics are not following what he put even though they say it is his protocol. You should have seen what they had for me to eat. it would have been a "piece of cake" (no not literally)... but a ton of stuff not really allowed on S original. I would say follow the direction unless they contradict S original. The original is always good to read over. Its surprising how much we can miss and see something new each time we read again. I would say read it over, and over, and over, .....

Essentially.. wholeheartedly agree with you! :):)

My only 'issue' was we can't say we really KNOW how much difference there IS in the amount of HCG ACTUALLY being USED by our suppliers vs. Simeons, due to the mixer. See what I'm saying? winking

I just wimped and decided to go with who I got it from on the amount of injection. BUT.. like I said somewhere... IF I get another friggin headache like last night.. There WILL be a reduction in the morning in my hcg amount!!:):)

several questions,
first I was told IM for injections, is this not true???
Maybe I will switch to stomach.
Second,
has anyone been using eggs with no problem? I would like to do a salad with egg once in awhile, and maybe a little celery...it sounds like a lot of people are mixing 1 veggie into their salad with no ill effects, hmmmmmmmm...I know, follow the protocol!!!.......
I am thinking too maybe I will drop my ius from 250 to 200 next time and see if it matters, not sure why different dosage options , when you mix it, don't you still get the same amount, no matter what IU your mixing???.....
