I am about 23 days into my program and i am so hungry lately. Does anyone know why? I skipped 3 injections due to my period but i did not experience this hunger until a few days ago. Should i increase or decrease dose? thanks Vickie

That seems to work well for many. I would try it just 25 IUs at a time. Just a tiny bit makes quite a difference. Let us know how you are doing!

I've been super, super starving since day one.
I'm done on Wed but I'm going to mix a fresh batch and see if it was the HCG itself.
It has to be.
I had constant cravings and think about food all the time.
I'll know in the next few day's if it's better.
Even though it would be a lot of money spent on the first stuff, it's a lesson learned.
I'll keep yuou posted.

My daily dosage of hcg is 200 IUs. If I want to increase that, I would add 25, making it 225 IUs. If I wanted to go higher, I would add another 25, making it 250. The same for lowering. I would reduce 25 IUs per dose until I got the results I wanted.

I am not familiar with the syringes or mixing that GHI does, so I can't tell you precisely how to do that. But, if your daily dose is 250 IUs and you draw 1cc into the syringe, you would have to reduce your draw by .17cc (1/6cc) to reduce your doseage to 225, OR by .33cc (1/3cc) to reduce to 200 IUs.

I know it sounds a bit complicated, but it is just math and it can be done.

It's completely up to you as to which direction (up or down) you go with your dose. You would be safe to go either way because you are in the middle of the range for dosage (125-250). Try one way and see if it helps, if not, try the other. Sorry I don't know which direction would help because there are too many factors to take into consideration, weight, how much you need to lose, etc.
