| I am new around here but I was just curious. Has anyone looked at BMI and stalls or slower weight loss. In other word say when someone hits 25 BMI does their loss slow down any? I see some people trying to get to like 18 or 19 BMI which is at the lowest end of the average weight bracket. So just curious if say from 25 to 18 BMI is slower than say 30-25 BMI. _________________

| | Todd, I would say that is a safe bet to say the less fat you have to lose the slower it will come off. I see that frequently, the people that have less to lose will have slower losses but they still have the losses and that is what is important. Good luck on your journey! |
