| I would be a bit ticked off at them, too, for the mistake THEY made. You should complain about them and ask if they make the same kind of mistakes when filling prescriptions.
Fortunately for you, this mistake is not a huge problem. Did you end up with 0.5cc syringes? The gauge isn't a big deal. I use whatever gauge they have: 29-31. It all feels exactly the same to me. My only real preference is the size of the syringe. I like the 0.5cc, prefer the 0.3cc. I prefer short needles (5/16") but am using 1/2" right now until they are gone. It all works. I just want it to get under my skin! _________________

| I called my local pharm and they all require proof of being diabetic. I was given some 1cc's from a friend but would perfer the 0.3 or 0.5. Do you think I should just walk in and try to purchase in person? And using the 1cc what should the dosage be? _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wuBcEDs/]

| Several people have mentioned a website that you can order the insulin needles on-line and they can get it within a matter of days. Perhaps you can do that if you can't just purchase at the drug store. If you have a Sam's Club, you could try there. I just went in and told them that I need a box of 30-guage, half cc, half inch, insulin needles and they gave them to me no questions asked. Tennessee maybe one of those states that requires proof. If so, you'll need to go the on-line route. _________________

| If you need to order them, go to www.researchsupply.net They will have them to you in just a few days and the cost is pretty good. _________________

| Hi Gramma S! Yes I did end getting the 0.5cc syringes. Also, I wanted to get the 1/2" length and part of their mistake was giving me the short needle. I'm glad you agree with me! (they didn't appear to care they were in the wrong) I know that the SQ injections just need to get under the skin, for some reason I felt that the 1/2" would make sure it went deep because of my "layers" It has worked out, I was a bit irritated about the $ and them being sassy to me. Isn't walmart suppose to be friendly? I thought thats what the yellow happy face represents!
