| Hi, this is my 5th day on hcg injections. I am concern as I did not loose as much as I tough at the begining. I am at work today and forgot my HCG shoot, What should? Can I give to my self @ 4pm? or should I wait. I am following the diet.

| I would give myself the injection even if it is late in the day. That might not be the right thing to do, but it is what I would do. Keep the hcg going into my system.
We waited two days to start our diet because it took two days to build up. We diet 2 days past injections at the end.
To me, this indicates that there is hcg in our system. It is not like sugar where you eat it and within a very short time it spikes in your blood. Hcg seems to become available more gradually.
So I would go ahead and take the injection late.
