Just mixed

I received my order of HCG (5000iu) and just finished mixing. This is what I did and want to make sure I did it right.
I put a little bac water into hcg the hcg dissolved with first drop (is that normal)
I had 5cc of bac water and with what was left of water I put into empty vial
then I withdrew that hcg and put into vial with the bac water for a total of 5cc. It is clear and doesn't seem like very much. I am planning on a dosage of 15 units in a insulin syringe.
I was planning for the 6 day a week dosage for 6 weeks. Can you please let me know if I have done this correctly I am planning on starting tomorrow or Sunday if need be.

Thanks for the reply. I started on Sunday so tomorrow I will be starting the VLCD portion I am wondering about the headaches. Could this be a side affect of the HCG? I have had a headache all afternoon. If there is something that will help with headaches because Ibuprophen really didn't do anything please let me know.

It may be the toxins coming out of your system. Try drinking more water. At least 1 oz of water for every 2 pounds you weigh. So a 180 pound person would drink a minimum of 90 oz. per day. Do you have a problem with your blood pressure? It also could have been something that you ate during your gorge that might have contributed to the headaches. Give it a few days, drinking plenty of water to see if it gets better. Also, you can take any type of pain reliever if the ibuprofen didn't help. Sometimes caffeine will help with a headache too. Hope you're feeling better soon.
