Mixing HCG PREGNYL 2000 I.U. for 175 I.U Daily injections

Hey there,

I am wondering how I mix HCG PREGNYL 2000 I.U. (HUCOG) properly to get 175 I.U's for my daily injection?, I will be doing the intramuscular injection, I still have another week or 2 before my Hcg arrives so I figured I had better ask now, My hcgsupplies came today.

(I ordered 12 vials since dd.ca had a special i figured why not! so...... how long should it last?)

I mix 1 cc for every 1000 iu's so you mix 2 cc's and then on your insulin syringe you would draw up .175 (or 17.5) for 175 iu's.

Also, there is usually an expiration date, along with a lot # on the box. Once mixed it should last at least 60 days (unless you freeze it, then indefinitely). I had some last for over 3 months but if you keep it that long you definitely should test it with a cheap pregnancy test strip.

But if I do not mix it, it should last and keep its potency until the expiry right?, and once mixed its supposed to stay in the dark but unmixed it doesnt matter?

Once mixed it must be refrigerated. If not mixed if will definitely be good at least till the expiration date. You can store it anywhere that it won't get broken.

Ok so I am by no means a math genius as you will soon notice but my syringes came in mL which should be the same as cc's right? and also how would i know how much is .175 if anyone orders from hcgsupplies.com we may have the same brand of syringes mine are the IM 3mL 27Gx1.25 monoject is the brand Helllllllpppppppp!:-(

Hi Mishie! Wow, that's a pretty big syringe. Does it have number marking on it? Your syringe will hold 3cc's. You sure those aren't your mixing syringes? My mixing syringe holds 3 cc's. It may be difficult to determine where .175 cc's is on that big of a syringe. I buy mine at the local Sam's club and it holds a half cc (.50) and is very clearly marked at the .10, .15, .20, .25, .30, .35, .40 and .45 and then it has little lines denoting the numbers in between these numbers. To do 175 iu's, I draw up to the little line exactly between .15 (150 iu's) and .20 (200 iu's). I hope this helps somewhat...

[b]Hey, I ordered 2000iu of HCG. I got 10 ml of water. No instructions! How much water do I mix with the 2000iu of HCG?
I will be taking 175iu per day. My needles are small.
1/2 ML or 0.5 cc.5 to 50 units on the needle
I am assuming if I take 175 iu, I will inject 17.50 on the needle. 2.5 lines above the 15 makr? Any feedback woud be very helpful.
I will be mixing in a dark bottle with a screw on top
which I ordered from a pharmacy.
someone please help. I need ot start this and did not get any directions.
