short round question

I've been planning on doing a long round, taking a break then finishing off with a short round. I will be on vacation before I would be able to finish a long round. Is it best to do the short round, wait the 3-4 weeks then do the long round? Or should I just wait until I'm back and go with the original plan? I'm not worried about how I'll eat when I'm gone so the phase 3 diet isn't a concern. Also, Im curious what seems to be the average weightloss for short rounds?(15 pounds?) I'm thinking losing some before I leave is better then nothing. red flower

hard to say...It varies with everyone...sorry. I would start with the short round so you don't have to wait to start losing.

The average weight loss over 40 injections is about 30 pounds so over 21 injections, I would guess it's probably about 14 to 15 pounds but that is a guesstimate! I would do the short round though so that you can eat phase 3 foods while on vacation. It's a little easier to comply with that type of diet while traveling. Have a great time!
