| Well, that kind of depends on where you are. How tall/big are you (weight, too). Have you done any cleansing?
I began at 322 lbs, 5'8", no cleansing. I use 200 IUs a day. That seems to be where most of us start. You might find the need to tweek it down a bit if weight loss doesn't come off well. Too much is just as bad as not enough. KT recommends 175-200 IUs.
Do you have your hcg and supplies? :flower 2:

| I think as long as you stay under 200 you'll be fine. If you're doing cleanses....I think you would be fine to start at 175. It's a personal choice and I think anything between the 175 to 200 would be fine. Best of Luck!!
