Oral hcg question

I am on day 1 of vlcd, I have had a really hard time with hunger today! I don't remember it being this hard last time! Anyway, I was wondering if I should increase my dosage for the first few days. I'm currently doing 10 drops 3xday. Do you think that might help? Should I have done a 3rd load day?

Try moving up to 14-15 drops that's what I did

when you are using the drops.. Does your mouth water?? I feel like I need to swallow.. Is it bad if you swallow.. If I am not.. How long should I wait before I do...

I have Medrirol homeopathic detox drops. 1/4-1/3 dropper which is around 14 drops. You can swallow just hold the drops under your tongue for 2 minutes.
