Just received my order of the hcg drops.How do you take it. I know the number of drops to take but what is the procedure? Do you have to hold it sublingual for awhile, and if so for how long or can you just swallow it. Thanks vickie

Hey Vickie, I posted a PM to you but don't know if you got it yet. For you (and for anyone else wondering), I used the homeopathic just like the sublingual. I did 10-15 drops under my tounge for about 15 minutes, then waited 15 minutes to eat or drink anything. Don't know if it was necessary, but I did it anyway! Hope this helps. Andrea

Don't eat immediately before taking the drops. Hold the drops under the tongue until the taste is gone (about 5 min) swallow Don't eat or drink for 20-30 min after taking the drops.
