| | Hi Sunshine, I don't know if you ever got an answer to your question but my feeling would be that it isn't necessary to do another gorge with only 2 weeks between the rounds. It wouldn't hurt to do one, other than all of the weight you have to re-lose but I think it's unnecessary. |

| How did it go for you? Did you gorge or not? Dr. S says that if it is 2 weeks or less you don't have to gorge. I've tried it a couple of different ways. I just ate normally for the first 2 days then went to VLCD. Worked great. Then I tried dosing higher (300 the night before, then 300 the first morning) and just went right to VLCD. That worked great, as well. Just like it takes 2-3-4 days for the hcg to leave our system at the end, it takes 2-3-4 days for it to build up when we first start. I gave myself a jumpstart since my body was already used to the routine. I wouldn't do that if the break was longer than 2 weeks, though. _________________
