| I believe it just stated try and inj the same time each day. Many on her have talked and we feel that if you inj in the am you have the full benefits of not being hungry during the day. This is logical, however, the last couple days when you have no injection I was not hungry either. That could blow our theory......just not sure what to tell you other then if its you help her in evening or she is unable to do....i would say do in the evening.

| As long as your friend injects around the same time every day, she should be fine. The body just needs to maintain an amount of Hcg over a 24 hour period.
I have heard that some will suffer hunger more during the day with nite injections. I have no idea why this would be, but there it is. Do you know you can get a needle injector to make injections easier (if your friend is concerned by giving herself injections). It's the same thing that diabetics use who can't handle injecting themselves easily. You can get them at most pharmacies. It's painless. And yeah, everyone...I know it's only a 1/2" needle, but it's doable, ya know! :P
Oh, and GTG...how in holy heck do you inject in your arm by yourself??? I just could not manage the right angle and ended up mangling myself!! I just stuck (haahahaha) to sticking myself in the thighs!!!
