I stopped my P2 early and have some Hcg mixed up in my fridge that I don't want to throw away. What can I do with it?? How long will it be good for?? I've been doing the sublingual with alcohol and bacterostatic water.

My mom and i are trying to decide where all we can inject on her. She is a little nervous about her arm. The needle is 1 inch. We used to use a 1/2 inch needle and she wasn't worried but now with the bigger 1 we don't know all the places we can use. Thanks.

it came with 1/ 5000 iu bottle of hcg 1/30ml of water and 1/ 1ml of sodium chloride injection i.p.

So I just realized I had some Pace Picante sause around. I looked at the ingredients and no sugar. Just crushed tomatoes, fresh jalapeno peppers, water , fresh onion, vinegar and salt. Looked ok but thought I would ask. 10 cal 2Tbs and no fat.

I also have some Franks red hot sauce: Cayenne Red peppers, vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder. This one really looked ok. 0 cal and 0 fat.

Just looked at a couple of ways to add a little variety / kick.

Well I've been on this forume for quite some time now and didn't do do well the first 2 try's . This is the third attempt and I'm doing wonderful.

I mixed my 5.000 iu and just finished it up yesterday. My next 2 rounds coming in about a month.

So I was so excited to start a fresh week today with a new batch!! Oh my energy was soring so high and life was very good!! Notice I said "was".

How long do you let the syringes thaw before you inject??

Would like to freeze mine but kind of nervous about doing so. Afraid that they may ruin the syringe because of swelling in the freezer.

I'm on day 35 of the protocol and I'm doing SL. I'm ready to give up. I've only lost 1.5#'s in the last 9 days. I've been stalled for 3 days and then had a nice lose only to gain the next 2 days and then stalled for another 3 days. WHY?? I'm ready to eat something sweet and it really stinks when I've followed protocol and that is really frusterating. I've been working my butt off painting my decks and stuff so maybe I've been working too hard??

I really think I will do a much shorter ...

A friend started 9 days ago she's been starving, from day 1 and has only lost 3 pounds.. she lowered the dose yesterday to 150IUs. how long should it take for her to notice a difference?.. should she lower it more? Im thinking her losses should be better then that. I know I lost 13 in that same 9 days. Shes trying to lose 50lbs

Xylitol - sugar substitute

Does anyone have experience with xylitol. It's supposed to be really healthy for you. It tastes just like sugar without even a hint of an aftertaste. It is 10 calories per 4 grams or about a tsp. 4 grams carb. It is 40% fewer calories than sugar and 75% less carb intake. It does not use insulin for processing and reportedly even helps hormone balancing....

I know, I know.... don't even think about substitutes for anything on P2, but what do you think?

I don't know if this can be fixed but I'm hoping it can because otherwise I'd have lost one whole batch of hcg =(. Okay, I'm actually on R2P2 and mixing a brand new 5000 iu ampoule to get 200 iu dosages. Well, what I did was follow the directions to mix 175 iu and didn't realize my mistake until I was ready to do my syringes . Is there any way for me to fix this (ie. maybe I draw up more than .2cc on the syringe to make it 200 iu?). Please somebody help me or I'll miss my injection ...

I am taking my break starting Monday after having lost 19.5 lbs.....(day 39) I have learned alot about stalls this 1st round I can see from my weight loss record that I really did not loose but 4 lbs after day 23 !!!! So it would seem to follow that on the next round I should only go 23 days and not try to be so stubborn in thinking that the stalls will just go away. I stayed on protocol but it certainly was discouraging. So maybe doing the short rounds is better ...

Hello everyone! I am doing SQ injections and this morning I had a very LARGE drop of blood come out when I withdrew from my abdomen. I know I probably went through or nicked a little capillary or vein. I waited an hour and have not had any reactions like sweating, dizziness etc, but I'm not sure where the hcg went.

I was enjoying the 1st bit of nice weather that we have had in a long time here in Oregon this weekend and over did it. I was very careful to not use sun block ect - but am paying for it with a very painful sun burn. I thought about putting vinagar on the burn ...but is that just a myth that it works?

Does anyone have any suggestions to treat the burn?

Also - I made sure to drink lots of water, but have gained 1lb? Can this be from water retention caused by the sun burn?

Hi all. I did very poorly with r2p2 and after almost 6 weeks on phase 3 am giving another stab. I did a good 2 gorge days and the first 2 vlcd days i lost 7 pounds with no hunger. The last 2 days i have been really hungry and over eating a bit. I do not want a repeat of r2p2 so i am reading others posts and may try 125mcg dose. BMI vs loss

I am new around here but I was just curious. Has anyone looked at BMI and stalls or slower weight loss. In other word say when someone hits 25 BMI does their loss slow down any? I see some people trying to get to like 18 or 19 BMI which is at the lowest end of the average weight bracket. So just curious if say from 25 to 18 BMI is slower than say 30-25 BMI.

I can't figure out what my problem is. I've lost about 45-47 pounds doing two rounds. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't too hard either.

I still have plenty to lose, but when I started my 3rd round, it was awful! I felt hungry and deprived.... and I stopped after only about 8 days. I had taken some high dosage birth control medication during the round and then got my period only a week into it. I really think it messed me up. But also I've lost weight just doing Phase 3 correctly and I have to ...

tuburculin syringes! ARRG!

Has anyone used tuberculin syringes? They are super confusing; markings on both sides. They are marked in tenths, and are 1 cc/ml total so I am assuming the tenths make up a whole cc. But they have similiar markings on the other side which read in whole numbers but they don't match up. The whole numbers end at 16!

I don't know what the whole numbers are for but I'm going with the .10 markings because they add up to 1 cc/ml. I didn't realize I had ordered these by mistake. It would be easy ...

Do any of you use a diet clinic? My gf wants to do this but prefers to use a clinic, even though the cost is 15 x what I paid and she still has to inject herself. This clinic says she can have 12 oz of meat per day (so double the protocol), all the veggies she wants, and to keep using during menses. Because the abscence of hcg in the body is what causes the body to shed the lining. Hi! Could someone please tell me what I can have as an alternative to grissini & melba toast please???

I have looked all over and could not find them. They even pointed me to this toasted bread called "Crostini" which is like a toasted mini baguette bread from whole foods but I'm not sure if I could eat this in replacement of grissini.

Does anyone know if "Crostini" have similar ingredients as Grissini??

Also, I found Melba snacks (light snacks crisps) but not Melba toast ...

Is it 21 days of injections (which would included gorge days since we inject on those 2 days),

or is it 21 VLC days, since during TOM we will continue the VLCD, but not injections ... ?
