Hmmm, I don't remember when you started. How many days have you been on p2? For me hcg takes away all the aches and pains. Except for the occasional day when I seem to have a major detox. Then I feel like I have flu/cold for a few hours. But it leaves quickly. Remember that all the toxins you have been eating for years, that your body hasn't been able to get rid of, are stored in your fat cells. As your body releases the fat, the toxins are on the move again, too. If you happen to be saturated with them, you will feel the effects. Knowing this, I don't mind feeling bad occasionally. It just lets me know that things are working well!

Funny that you mentioned this. My cousin was complaining of her back hurting last week. I have had a pain in my right side of my back, about at the waist. I wondered at first if it were a kidney, but then wondered if I had pulled a muscle when lifting something. It mainly hurts if I take a deep breath or lay on that side in my bed.

PostSubject: Backaches during P2 and now Leg cramps   Sat Dec 22 2007, 14:48

Hmmmm I too have been complaing about painful backachs while on P2... I kept drinking lots of water thinking it may be kidney stones etc... they would come and go.. but I toooo figured that I had lifted something to irratate my musles.
As Linda was saying. I enjoyed some of the relief of other pains I use to have. Wrist, hip, knee these didn't bother me (I have had 9 surgeries on one knee and it always had some discomfort).. but not on hCG.

Now I am on P3 and I have really bad front/ lower shin cramps. The poor musle is bunched up. I rub it nightly now with tiger balm and It hasn't woken me up the last couple of nights.

I will be doing P2 again after 3.5 weeks of P4... I am curious if the backack will come back.

I get a specific back ache when not on p2/hcg. It is in the lower right. My back went out several years ago right there. It healed, but whenever my bowels move right there it feels like I have a knife in my back!! For me, glucosomine works to keep the pain away. I haven't had to take it while on hcg, though. Try to isolate the pain and decide exactly what it is that hurts and go from there deciding what to do to help it.
