| Good afternoon! Does anyone know why ibuprofen isn't allowed? I have an injury and ibuprofen is the only thing that works for me. I'd love to know if I should just take a break from the protocol until I'm better? Or take it because it won't stall my progress? Thanks!! _________________

| I take ibuprofen and have no problems.Only if pain is real bad or a bad headache. Everyone is different.See how it is for you. |

| I've not heard that Advil was not allowed. Was it even around when Dr Simeons developed this?
Are there other pain relievers not allowed?
I do know I was told the Lyrica I was taking might slow my weight loss, so I tapered off of it. I didn't notice any change in rate of weight loss after I stopped the Lyrica, though.Karen |
