| We make our own shrimp cocktail sauce all the time. We use Heinz low carb ketchup, I get that at Super Walmart. It's Splenda sweetened.
Then - all to taste, we add fresh grated horseradish - you can find this in the refrigerator section, by the pickles and sauerkraut. Check the ingredients, they should all be legal. Unlike the h'radish on the store shelves - most of those have funky ingredients..
