| I've been seeing this "braggs amino acid" around the forum but not really sure what it is...
What is it exactly and are you allowed to use it in PH2? |

| The name is actually Bragg Liquid Aminos, All Purpose Seasoning. It is a liquid that tastes kind of like a cross between soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. I see it in nearly every health food store. And YES! we can use it on p2-3-4!!!

| For those Canadians on the board, I've have found this but it is marketed/named differently here. It has the same look to the packaging but is called BRAGG All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning.

| Is Braggs ok to use on P2? I noticed it has a high amount of sodium, just wanting to make sure before I use any to season.

| Yes you can use on P2. Most recipes I have call for a teaspoon or less just for flavor.
