| Sorry if this is repititious... I got my hcg rom NHW and their protocol ays no caffiene....I have read Dr S and it is not mentioned. What are you all doing. I really enjoy my morning cup. :sunny: |

| I, like alot of us drink coffee. It has been awhile since I read P&I, but I think Dr. S says to drink coffee, tea and water in any amounts throughout the day and all day... _________________ My Progress

| Here it is right from Pounds & Inches:
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or other sweeteners may be used.

| Yes, it does, but be aware that Splenda is not a healthy choice. _________________
