I don't use protein shakes on P2. On P3 I like Worldwide Nutrition Pure Protein Chocolate canned drinks (from netrition.com).

For dry mix, I prefer Designer Whey Chocolate from GNC.

Sorry one more question- do you take the shake in the morning and then do the rest of the diet the same way or is the shake in place of a meal? thanks

I do a shake with 4 strawberries and 1T coconut oil in 8 oz of water in the morning and eat the rest of the day as normal.
