| Hi everyone! I hope everyone is doing well.
I was just wondering if anyone here knew where I could get "Alpha Calm" suggest by K.T.
I went to the Whole Foods Market to look for this but the only one I found was AB calm. Not sure if they're the same thing.
If you've taken alpha calm, did this help your food cravings?

I order mine online at http://www.alphacalm.com/, to the best of my knowledge that's the only place you can get it. It's really great stuff but it's more for making your moods even and relaxing you then it is for cravings. It really helps me sleep better.

| I LOVE Alphacalm...
It's not for cravings, but great for mood and wellbeing. I usually have to go on antidepressants in the winter (SAD) but I started the Alphacalm in November and it's been the best winter I have had (Losing a ton of weight may have added to that too, tho!  ) I don't take it on P2 but I do any other time. For me, it's been a wonderful alternative to my antidepressant and without the side affects.
I did check with my doctor about it and also kept an open mind just incase I needed the antidepressants...
