| Anyone had any experience with eating dinner late at night on P2? Yesterday, I had my lunch, but was unable to eat again until 10PM .... had no idea I would be out so late. I gained 1/2 lb! COuld this be why? _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wWeMGXh/]

| Your body hasn't used up those calories yet... it's very common to see a little extra in the morning. It'll burn itself off. Hang in there!  _________________
