| | No, definitely not in place of an apple day. Some people are using an egg day in phase 3 instead of a steak day. However, some of us have been experimenting with having a hard boiled egg as an added amount of protein instead of one of our fruits when the weight losses are not as forthcoming as we'd like! It seems the added protein from the egg helps us to burn the fat a little better. |

| Actually, some are trying eggs on p2 as kind of a kick-start, but it is EggBeaters. If you look in p2 recipes you will see it there. I tried it once . . . for half a day. Lost well the next day. But i don't really like the taste of the eggs, so i won't be getting more of them. _________________
