My own personal opinion, I would stay away from the flu shots! I am not sure how much truth is in this, but, I have read that there are trace amounts of mercury in the flu shots. Mercury is an evil substance in the human body.
Why add unnecessary crap in your system. I can eat enough of that from the grocery store.
The news media, FDA and all the hype on flu shots is just a big money maker for the pharmacy industry.
But, this is my opinion. Someone else may have a different view. |

| The flu shot shouldn't have any effect on the diet or hcg, but I sure wouldn't get one if I could possibly avoid it. I read a report that said people who got flu shots last year are MORE prone to be infected by flu, especially H1N1 this year. Doesn't sound like a good deal to me. |

| I'm not a fan of flu shots or vaccines of any kind in general. There are too many conflicting reports about them and the side effects. Like everything else in life.....It's a personal choice. _________________ Susanne Taking it one day at a time! /The journey continues!
