|  Ok, here is my question....when I weigh my grapefruit to know the weight for the caloric count am i weighing it as is or am i taking the grapefruit and juice out to weight only that without the thick skin it has? This may just be a common sence thing to some since you only weigh what you eat but for me I wasnt sure and dont want to go over on calories.

| Look in fitday.com for grapefruit. I think it give you the sections/juice without the peel.
