| Grapefruit happens to be one of THE best fruits for a diet, just like lemon. Yes, 1/2 grapefruit is 1 fruit on the diet, so ENJOY!!!!! _________________

| According to Dr. S, you can eleminate anything from the diet, but can't add anything to it. So, if you want to do away with the grissini/melba, that is fine, but not add a fruit. For fruits you can have an apple AND 1/2 grapefruit for the day. _________________

| Whenever I choose grapefruit as one of my fruits for the day, I have always eaten the whole thing, not just the 1/2 and I am still losing successfully. I normally have an apple in the morning for "breakfast" and then my grapefruit in the evening as a before bed snack. Just wanted to share that.
