| I have just ordered my supplies, but am concerned because I am on several medications (high blood pressure - which obviously I won't need once the weight is gone, but also HRT (menest) and Wellbutrin XL. I don't feel right about completely dropping these meds asap.
What about Jane Iredale mineral powder foundation and blush? Any experience? I can stop the creams.
What do you use for body cleansing soap? deodorant?
Any help is appreciated. Love this site and feeling hopeful!

If you have medications you must take, or just feel you need to, keep taking them! As far as cosmetics go, I haven't worried about them at all and my weight loss has been great all along.
For deodorant, I get a stick from The Good Earth, but dip it in baking soda. ABSOLUTELY NO body odor, even if I happen to go 3 days between. And I use Kiss My Face bath soap and lotion.
Have you started p2 yet? Hope you begin a journal so we can get to know you and celebrate your successes!!!

I know WAITING is the hardest part. Be sure to start a Journal, and KEEP READING! It'll keep you occupied through the torturous 'waiting for supplies' time! 
Be SURE to fully read Dr. Simeons protocol "Pounds and Inches". It will mention any medical concerns you may have.
