| Has anyone tried using Hoodia on P2 (or at any time)? I don't think I did enough loading on my load days, and now I'm hungry fairly often - so I was looking up herbal supplements that could help with appetite suppressing, and was reading some good things about this. _________________ Shana Round 1:

| Why don't you just up your dosage a tiny bit? That usually does the trick almost immediately in P2. You shouldn't need ANYthing other than the hcg. It just sometimes has to be tweeked a bit at the outset.
Some get hungry.. and up dosage. Some get headaches and Lower dosage.
These things usually work fine. If you're using say 150 iu's .. then go up to 170 for a couple of days. Keep us posted! _________________ CLICK HERE For My P2R6 Stats!

| I thought that might be a good idea - because I'm just on 150 IUs, but I got my HCG pre-mixed from a clinic. I guess I can just do the math to figure out how to just add some extra into the syringe...
I'm going to try that.

| I haven't been able to try increasing my HCG yet - because my syringes for the next few days are pre-loaded, and I need to get more needles before I can redo the amounts.
So, I decided to buy some Hoodia at a local health food store and try it. It is really helpful. It takes the edge off my hunger, and makes me a much happier camper, which my husband definitely appreciates. It doesn't seem to be affecting my losses - although it's impossible to know if I'd be losing more if I wasn't taking it.
Right now, I'm just really grateful for the help it gives me! _________________ Shana Round 1:

| Sometimes we just have to do what we have to do in order to continue the battle. Down is the right direction, so you are doing GREAT!!! Get things figured out for possible tweaking, but don't be surprised if you don't need to do it by then. Hunger seems to improve after several days, maybe 2 weeks, and then you settle into a nice routine. _________________

I tried hoodia when it first came out and it was a waste of money . . . that was way before I found out about hcg . . . |

| | If you don't do enough loading, you can expect to experience hunger for about the first 5 to 7 days but then after that (at least from my first experience) the hunger does definitely subside. You need to differentiate though if it's real hunger or emotional hunger because that's why most of us are trying to lose a lot of weight now because we ate when we weren't really hungry... So, hang in there! :welcome 2: |
