| Could someone tell me about the egg day? I understand the steak day and apple day but can't find any info about the egg day other than seeing it mentioned, but not explained. Thanks! _________________ CLICK HERE FOR KATHY"S P3R2 STATS!

| Hmmm, I haven't heard that one. I assume it's a variation of the steak day. Eggs are a very good protein source so maybe someone that doesn't want to do the steak would substitute eggs.... That's my best guess but that is all it is a big guess |

| And egg day is just up to a dozen eggs during the day, fixed any way you want. Hard boiled is best as they are a negative calorie food (takes more energy to burn/digest than the egg contains). _________________

| On What phase do you do an egg day? Would this be for stabilizing in P3? Do you eat anything else on an egg day? Was this in Simeons manuscript, or just a modified protein day someone came up with? Does it work well? Sounds great! I LOVE eggs much better than steak! _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wWeMGXh/]

| | Beverly, I think it would be anytime in phase 3 or phase 4 in place of a steak day. |
