How Long is the Gorge Days?

Hello there! :-)

My name is michelle & I'm new here.
I just got my first hcg shots today, YAY! =)
My question is how long are we supposed to gorge?
Also, does this mean we don't have to measure or count calories? Does this mean we are allowed to eat desserts?
Please help! Any advice is very much appreciated. I've eaten so much today I feel like my stomach is about to burst although I've only eaten mostly organic or healthy foods (no drive-thru foods). Please help, thank you so much!!! =)

It sounds like you are doing your gorge days right vomit

We gorge for 2 days and start the 500 calories on day 3. You can eat anything you want...find lots of stuff 'high in fat'. Many of us eat things that we KNOW we can't have for the next couple of months on P2-3. So...if you want chocolate cake or cheesecake or ice-cream... eat it :fridge:

Yes, that is what I've been doing for the past 4 hours since I got home! Haha =) It's just kind of weird because I have been eating healthy for the past couple of weeks to prepare for this hcg and I feel like I'm back to my old habits...ooops! but I guess I have to do what will help! What other recommendation fat food can you recommend since I have 1 more day left of gorging day.

I'm so happy to have found this support group. What a blessing! No, I haven't started a journal or anything since I'm so new to this. I will set one up soon though, thank you so much again!!!! smile jump

Well...could you go to a Mexican restaurant for me...then maybe...a buffet with lots of buttered bread...and this might be a little strange, but...eat a pop tart for me laugh 4

Thanks for the advice! So far today, I have eaten chili cheese fries and chili dog fries for brunch and then a cheeseburger with fries for lunch which was my usual eating habits a couple of weeks ago before switching to mostly organics!! Sooooo weird though...I pretty much had to force it down coz I just wasn't hungry!!! Hmmmm....could be the hcg working....or could it be psychological knowing I should eat a LOT???!! Just hope I don't get too hungry when I go to VLCD 2morrow! perfecto

I would like to lose about 20-25 pounds. I currently weigh 134 at 5'2 and most of my weight is in my tummy!!! I would like to be at around 110-115 and I believe that should be my ideal weight for my height.
I am soooooo super excited to do this and thinking so positive that this is very possible with the help of hcg shots, following the structured diet, eating mostly organics, getting support from fellow awesome hcg support group and of course lots of prayers!! :clap: rolling

You can start a journal in Round 1 of the Phase 2 Journals area. You can just do it just like you are in this area OR you can set it up with a template that can be found in the Technical Help area. If you can't figure it out, I can start it for you and then you can just update it.

You can create yourself a ticker at www.tickerfactory.com They give you really good instructions to follow. Then you will be given a code and you need to copy it and paste it into your signature which is in your profile. Let me know if you need any help.
