| I'm finding that I get pretty hungry on the days I work out. I don't want to stop working out because it's a habit I don't want to break! I'm thinking about adding a whey protien shake on my workout days. It would be an extra 100 calories but about 12 grams of protein. Also, I'm sure I burn 100 calories working out. Has anyone done this and had good losses still? |

| Drink the protein shake 1/2 hour before work out. You do not need to add that to your regular hcg calorie count. In fact, one lady here has up to (4) shakes a day and still has great losses. |
