| My third (first day after gorging) on Orathin and I made it through UNTIL after my 100 g of chicken and handful of cucumbers. That boneless chicken thigh never tasted so good. I called my husband who is doing this with me, he told me to drink more tea. Instead I ate about 200-300 MORE grams of chicken. I already feel like a failure on my official first day. I'm an all or nothing person, but I'm not going back to the nothing after this "small chicken thigh binge" Anybody relate? |

| Framp,
I'm not familiar with orathin but I assume it is an oral form of hcg? I, too, am an all or nothing person most of the time. When I'm on a plan I exercise and try to do everything right, when I'm not on a plan I pretend I can eat and drink like everyone else. Don't feel like a failure because you are doing the best you can. And some versions of the plan recommend 3 loading days so just because you went over a little today it won't doom you. When I get really hungry I make an extra salad with a lot of cut up veggies that burn calories such as celery and cucumbers. Then I top the salad with my own dressing consisting of spicy mustard (no oil), apple cider vinegar, and a bit of water. It is really tasty and can really fill you up! Extra tea and water are good too.
This is not an easy plan and it requires a lot of discipline but if you follow it as best you can you will see results! If you slip up now and then you will still see results but your progress will be slower. My weakest moments are at night and sometimes I just drink a bunch of water, read a book and go to bed early. Even though my stomach is growling (an indication your body is burning fat), I comfort myself knowing that when I wake up in the morning I can weigh myself and see if my hard work paid off!
Keep it up - you will do better on this plan than any other out there! Carla _________________

| Isn't thigh meat considered "dark meat" or in other words containing more fat? I've always stayed with breast _________________ Kami

| Dr. S. in Pounds and Inches says to eat the breast meat, Chicken Tenders, only. I have also stayed away from all dark meat this round. _________________
