| Technically it is not on the protocol but there are a number of people who have it and have no problems with the weight loss.  |

| I'm so glad you asked. I was wondering the same thing. I have these cute little turkey filets that are all white meat, and I figured they would be okay. Let me know if you don't lose, or (god forbid) gain after trying the turkey. I'll do the same. _________________
