| I have bad insomnia. I can't fall asleep, stay asleep, or sleep soundly w/out taking a sleep aid of some sort. I started taking melatonin since its a natural sleep aid. So my question being... Is that ok to take during P2 or should i stop & let the insomnia correct itself over time?? Help!! Any advice is greatly appreciated! _________________ -160 here I come!!!

| | I had a sleep problem while my first days on P2, even I usually don't have sleeping problems, so I think it's ok to take melatonin for few days at the beginning of P2. After that take one day/skip one or more days and see what's happening. :sunny: |

| | Hi shlee, I don't see any problems with taking it. I have a problem with sleeping as well and I take a natural magnesium supplement called CALM. I also sometimes take a product with Valerian and Melatonin. It really should have no effect on your weight loss. |

| So for anyone wondering... I took Melatonin 10-12mg almost every night in P2 & P3 and saw no difference in my weight loss compared to not taking it. So I plan on taking it again in R2. Just thought i'd put that out there _________________ -160 here I come!!!
