| It doesn't say to eat it in the protocol, but I do eat it. No cals/or fat or sugars or carbs for that matter so I figure it can't hurt! _________________ **Helen**

| I use mustard, both dry and wet on protocol. I buy the kind wet kind without fat or sugar as well. Never had a problem. But then again, I am not using huge amounts either. _________________

| I just use the cheap stuff at the grocery store with no problem. If you want something with some real ZING, mix a little dry mustard powder with acv. Be prepared!!!!! _________________
