| I posted this in my journal but for those of you that don't read my journal, don't want to filter through to find my reference or are just starting out. Here is one tidbit of info that might help you decide which Stevia to buy. I have tried almost every brand out there. I have thrown away dozens.
The only Stevia I use now or will ever use again is SteviaPlus by Sweetleaf. It is hands down the best tasting Stevia on the market and it is helathy and good for you to bat. Other Stevias that I have tried are bitter or just weird tasting. SteviaPlus is sweet without that bitter aftertaste. The plus is that it contains prebiotics and fiber. The fiber content of one packet of SteviaPlus is equal to one bowl of oatmeal. The prebiotic is the food that the good bacteria in your colon needs to thrive and edge out the other bad flora. So it does really great things for your digestive system.
Their website is below but I buy mine from my local natural foods store. I bought both the shaker and the packets. I take them with me to restaurants.

| I agree !! SteviaPlus is the ONLY sweetner I have been able to ever use. All the others had a horrible after taste. _________________

| Um.... ??? when I hear 'fiber' I think of carbs.. but??? I'm probably wrong in this case? If I'm right, then it wouldn't be a good idea for P2. EDIT: I see from the link it says "no carbs".. Good!
I like the NOW brand.. just PLAIN stevia. I don't know why the manufacturer's always have to Mess with things!
I also like using fresh leaves of Stevia too.
There is an entire thread devoted to Stevia in the "FoodStuffs" forum on the homepage. Maybe you could add this to it? _________________ CLICK HERE For My P2R6 Stats!

| Its funny, I tried the Stevia Plus and didn't like it at all. I use Organic Zero, I have no idea what it is, but it looks and tastes like sugar and is organic with no calories. Almost too good to be true.... _________________
