| To anyone that can help
Got our hcg last week and was going to start last Monday. On Tuesday of last week I came down with pancreatitis. Ouch Ended up in hospital on Sat. morning and got home Sun evening. I am feeling better every day.
The problem is Doc said to stay away from fats. Now I am afraid to do the gorge. I haven't ate much for a week and lost 15#. Can I just start taking the hcg without the gorge? Is it going to be imposable to handle the hunger pains after I start on the hcg? I have only ate one meal in the last week besides water and jello and broth. Will the hcg make me hungrier that I am now?
Thanks Keith |

| As you are already used to eating very little you may be able to get away without a gorge and not be any hungrier than you are now. For how long did the doc say to stay away from fats? If it is just a few days, then it would be worth it to wait and gorge. If it is for long term, then just try starting without it and see what happens. The thing is, when you go onto p3 you will need those fats as a good portion of your diet.
Hope you are feeling better now. Let us know how it goes. _________________

| How are you doing today? Keith, the pancreas is not a small deal...appendix is easier to deal with. I'll be watching your posts, so you let us know how you are doing. All the best, Bill & Victoria |

Doing good. My journal is under Ready to go. The problem is I don't know what caused it. For men it's usually booze and women it's bile duct blockage. I had neither. So I don't know what I need to do to avoid it happening again.

| Just to be on the safe side, you might consider doing a gall bladder/liver cleanse when you are done with p2. A healthy liver and unclogged gall bladder will take care of a lot of problems! _________________
