One gal uses Walden Farms Dressings on the protocol and she said it did not slow it down at all. They are sugar free, fat free, low carb and no gluten. Plus many say they are very flavorful. Albertsons carry it if you have one nearby, that was a 2hour drive for me so I ordered them online from

They had better prices than the actual Walden site and their shipping was much cheaper too, I bought three bottles and shipping was $5 for a total of $15. It's worth it to me...

They do have some sucrolose and propelene as the last two ingredients, which I normally try to steer clear of. But, I am so hungry for a good salad dressing I went ahead and bought some. Nothing I've tried I can stomach. Mustard sauces just taste nasty to me with lettuces, though I like it with other things it just doesn't do the trick for me...Anyway, thought I would pass that helpful hint along for anyone else who might be hungering for the same thing?? I wish I would have seen the BBQ sauce before I ordered, I probably would have ordered that as well. :) So I pasted the link with all their products instead of the one I found with just the salad dressings...OH well, I think I can make some of my own BBQ. :) Caitlin Lorraine

I've used two different flavors of Annie's Naturals salad dressings with good luck: Gingerly Vinaigrette Low-Fat Dressing and Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. They are only about 35cal for 2T and that's usually plenty, because they both have nice, strong flavor. And the ingredients are pretty darn clean.

It's not anywhere near as good as using apple cider vinegar, mustard, real ginger, etc. to create your own, but sometimes we all need to work with something that we can run out the door with.

I'm able to buy it at my local health food store, but I did find this website too that people can order on, if interested: http://www.consorzio.com/
