Yes...I think

There are a lot of us who are using coconut oil in cooking or making coconut bark with it and having no problems at all. Some ladies have up to 4 tablespoons of it a day, some can only have 1 or 2 and some can't use it at all. Thats where some trial and error comes in on your part, start with 1 tablespoon and see if it affects your losses, some report it helps "get things moving along", if you know what i mean! lol

Just remember when you experiment with things, that your body will most likely stall around the 10th to the 12th VLCD day...Good luck!
