Salsa or Hot Sause

So I just realized I had some Pace Picante sause around. I looked at the ingredients and no sugar. Just crushed tomatoes, fresh jalapeno peppers, water , fresh onion, vinegar and salt. Looked ok but thought I would ask. 10 cal 2Tbs and no fat.

I also have some Franks red hot sauce: Cayenne Red peppers, vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder. This one really looked ok. 0 cal and 0 fat.

Just looked at a couple of ways to add a little variety / kick.

The only problem that I can see from those is the salt that they have. If you only use a little bit, the amount of salt would really be insignificant. My suggestion is to give them a try and see how they work for you. If you gain because of them, don't use them again. Let us know how they work for you.

Hi Todd, Both are fine as long as you don't have added sugar which you say they don't, so, enjoy! I use hot sauce all the time, couldn't do without it... cool 2
